January 13th, 1990 - July 24th 2007
If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I’d walk right up to heaven and bring you home again
  • January 13,1990 was the happiest day of my life. My precious niece Michelle was born. She was and will always be the joy of my life. Shelly brought so much happiness and joy to our family. I used to complain when this curly haired little girl would decide at 10:00 pm it was time “FUN TIME”. We would sit on my bed and do the Chicken Dance and Hands UP. I would love to tease her, and call her and my Mom Dumb and Dumber. I didn’t mean it of course but she always laughed. She always was kind and loving to all especially her family. My Mom always called her,her medicine. She had a thing about pocket books as we all know, even as a little girl, she would drag someones pocketbook or try to carry it. Now this is all but a memory a beautiful memory of someone who left to soon. July 24,2007 was and will always be the worse day of my life. Part of my heart is gone. Shelly will always be my “baby” and yes to know her was to love her. I think of her every day and when I hear the song “Some where out there ” I think of her for yes she is out there looking and smiling down on us. Miss you Shelly Honey, Martha

  • My name is George a friend of Wayne and Eric’s and I thought I would share my deepest sympathy, I truly don’t know how to express how my heart pours out to the Family and friends of Michelle, I hope out of this tragedy something good will come, I hope we can build a community here that will help change laws that will save lives. I only met Michelle a few times when she was younger and recently at makeup school and she left quite an impression on me , she struck me as one of those rare people in this world that had something “Special” about her. She has the playfulness that a kid should have but a wisdom that seemed to surpass her years. I had an opportunity to hang out with her and her family at their

Seaside house and she gave me what I feel is one of the most important gifts - she made me laugh. That is what I will hold on to from Michelle. God Bless,

    Your Friend George

  • To the parent’s Of Michelle She was so very, very special
And was so from the start
You held her in your arms
    But mainly in your heart
And like a single drop of rain
    That on still waters fall,
    Her life did ripples make
And touched the lives of all.
She’s gone to play with angels
    In heaven up above
    So keep your special memories
    And treasure. them with love
    Although your darling daughter
Was with you just a while
She’ll live on in your heart
    With a sweet remembered smile
Being a mother of 5 children my hearts goes out to you I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers My daughter Nicole knew Michelle and admired her alot My deepest sympathy Carol Sepe

  • John & Marie, Sometimes God picks the flower that is still in full bloom; sometimes the rosebud’s chosen that we feel He’s picked too soon. Sometimes the flower is fading with petals floating down, but God knows the perfect time to gather flowers from the ground. There is a heavenly garden in which god takes great pleasure because he’s placed within it the loved ones that we treasure. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Ray & Maria Chappell

  • As I did not know Michelle personally but was blessed to see her as a little girl with her brown curly hair and her skinny little body running after Wayne’s Big Boxer Dog, probably no older than 4 years old. I lived on the same block as Michelle, Eric, Wayne and Janine. Michelle did not wait to get her wings as I am sure, as soon as she approached the gates of heaven the door instantaneously opened for the most beautiful Angel is now watching over all of you. My deepest sympathy to the entire family!Stacey Valente ( Staten Island, NY)
  • I just want to express my sincere condolences to the Arout family. I do pray for you all that God gives you the strength to deal with this. Mary Pacifici
